No Hawaii waterfalls? I would add Akaka Falls to your list. Definitely magical!

A correction and a suggestion - Correction - The Washington State falls are named Malachite Falls (you're missing an "a".) For magical falls, however, I would go with the Lower Falls of the Yellowstone River in Yellowstone National Park. The views are spectacular and a trail descends to the brink of the 308 foot falls. Malachite is nice, but the views are extremely limited and access difficult. Regardless of those issues, I would still rate the Yellowstone falls as more magical - especially in Winter when an ice dome forms at their foot.
